We are an auxiliary of one of the oldest
Oneness Pentecostal
organizations in existence, founded from humble beginnings with a guided focus on devotion to God.
Over 100 years ago, around 1909, the First Apostolic Council of Kentucky and Tennessee was founded. A mustard seed of faith was taking place at 16th and Magazine Street on the East Side of the City of Louisville, Kentucky. A small group of God-fearing and loving community believers—church ladies and men—were spiritually motivated to hold town meetings in different locations after hearing the sermon of a special preacher. That inspirational man of God was Minister GT Haywood, who presented an energetic and moving message of the Oneness Doctrine to the congregation at the Christian Faith Band Church. Thus, a rare and long-lasting base of truth, the First Apostolic Council of Kentucky and Tennessee was born.
Many auxiliaries were formed as this young minister's notoriety quickly spread and many were led to Christ to praise and worship God and be blessed.
At First Apostolic Council of Kentucky and Tennessee, our doors are open and we extend them further with a welcomed invitation to you. But first, please take a moment to get to know us through visiting our website to learn more of our history and are everlasting faith.
